2. APPLY

Apply online, and within 3-4 days you'll be notified of your application status (via email and snail mail).

3. COMMIT

Pay your deposit online once you receive notification of your approval. With your deposit paid, we'll hold the property for you for 2 weeks while you make move-in arrangements.

4. SIGN

After you've paid your deposit, we will give you a call to coordinate a time for you to come in and sign your lease to make things official!

5. ENJOY!

Once you sign your lease, it's time to move in and enjoy your new home. Remember to keep in touch!
